• FREE prior to or on the 1st of the month of the payment due date.
• $1.50 between the 2nd and 5th of the month.
• $7.50 between the 6th and 10th of the month.
• $12.50 between the 11th and 15th of the month.
• $15.00 on or after the 16th of the month.

Please note, SpeedPay fees using a Customer Service Representative are $17.50.

If you wish to make additional principal or escrow payments, separate from your monthly payment, you can mail your payments to the following address, see below. Please include the loan number on the check and indicate that the payment is to be applied to principal or escrow. The first time this method is used, the Representative will need the routing number and account number from the bottom of your check. After the first payment, the account information will stay in our database.

There is a $17.50 charge for making the payment with a Representative.

SpeedPay is an automated, 24-hour payment by phone system that allows you to make your monthly payment whenever it’s convenient. Payments can be made using a checking or savings account, or an ATM card that is part of the STAR, PULSE or NYCE network. The SpeedPay telephone number is (877) 729-3273.

On or before the due date on the statement, there is no fee for using this toll-free system. After which, fees will apply as follows, except where state restrictions apply.

• FREE for payments made on or before the due date.
• $1.50 the 16th through the 18th of the month.
• $7.50 the 19th through the 21st of the month.
• $12.50 the 22nd through the 24th of the month.
• $15.00 on or after the 25th of the month.
