Merrill Lynch's integrated investment statement offers clients a more complete view of their financial picture. The Merrill Lynch integrated investment statement:
- Consolidates your Merrill Lynch accounts
- Includes mortgages as well as assets
- Is convenient and easy-to-read
This statement can include your mortgage information, allowing you to benefit from a more complete view of both sides of your balance sheet.

ELIGIBILITY FOR THE INTEGRATED INVESTMENT STATEMENT
Most clients are eligible to receive the integrated investment statement that includes their summary mortgage information provided they have: a) two or more MLPF&S accounts linked together for statement purposes; and, b) an opt-in indicator on their mortgage record that allows mortgage information to be shared and reported on the integrated investment statement. Please see specific requirements below related to opt requirements that vary by place of residence.
CALIFORNIA AND VERMONT RESIDENTS
If you reside in California or Vermont and are eligible to receive the integrated investment statement, you must by law provide your written affirmative consent instructing us to include your mortgage information on the integrated statement. (See the “Here’s how you can provide written affirmative consent” section below). If you have already provided your consent, then your mortgage loan information will be reported in summary on your integrated investment statement.
RESIDENTS OF ALL OTHER STATES
If you reside in any state other than California or Vermont and are eligible to receive the integrated investment statement, you will have your summary mortgage loan information reported on your statement, except if you previously opted out of information sharing. If you would like to change your information sharing preferences so that your mortgage loan information is reported on your integrated investment statement, you must provide written consent.
Here’s how you can provide written affirmative consent:
For first mortgages and home equity credit lines, print, complete and sign the Consent Form. Be sure to mark the box to "Permit" the Inclusion of Mortgage Loan Information on Merrill Lynch Investment Account Statements. And, if you want to ensure that your Financial Advisor can view the same information to help you manage your entire financial picture, also mark the box to "Permit" Information Sharing with Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation and/or your Merrill Lynch Financial Advisor.
